Assisting in the development of a "case statement" for the school, school district or local education foundation

Identifying funding sources and funding opportunities in relationship to program needs, including relevant web sites, software and publications

>

Conducting workshops, seminars and classes in the areas of: needs assessment documentation; goals; objectives; activities; evaluation specifications; and budget preparation

>

Training teachers, administrators, parents and others in the preparation and writing of grant proposals

>

Reading and critiquing grant proposals prior to submission to funding agencies

>

Accompanying administrators and others on visitations to corporate and foundation funding agencies

>

Providing assistance in the recruitment and employment of qualified consultants and full-time staff for development offices

>

Other services as requested
